We recently filmed Peter Kyle’s VIGILANCE, which premiered this fall at Triskelion Arts Center. Rather than film during the performance, we set up a separate shoot so that we could get multiple angles and views of the dance behind the scrim.
VIGILANCE is a work created in collaboration with visual artist Caleb Nussear – and we just loved catching all of the versions of his intricately folded paper sculptures, wrapping through and around Peter’s dancers.
Peter had a lot of creative direction for us in the making of the promo. He has clear artistic goals, and it was wonderful to help him make his vision happen!
