Every January, dance companies all over the city (and beyond!!) gear up for a busy week of showings, panels, meet-ups and workshops at the APAP (Association of Performing Arts Presenters) conference in New York City. We know that APAP can get a little stressful. January might seem far off now, but it’s coming up sooner than you think!
At Nel Shelby Productions, we see a bundle of last minute requests for video every January – fresh edits of video excerpts for Vimeo & YouTube, requests for DVDs… We totally get it. The fall dance season is in full swing, then come the holidays, then “OMG I can’t believe it’s APAP next week!!”

One of the best ways to keep presenters immediately engaged with your work is to give them easy access to your work samples!
For following up, you’ll want your videos uploaded online. We can take care of Vimeo and Youtube uploads so that all you have to do is send a quick email with a link to your work.
It’s also helpful to have videos on hand at the conference to seal the deal with interested presenters. We can help you put your work samples onto flash drives so that you don’t miss a moment.
Some presenters may still want DVDs. We’ll work with you to create stand-out, beautifully designed DVD menus and labels using your favorite images, your company logo and font if you need them. The goal? Enhance your brand and show off your professionalism while sharing your work.
