Live Arts Pride 2019 | Promotional Video

I love that June is Pride Month. It’s so important to me to be who we are.

Today at Live Arts, they’re hosting THE HOUSE PARTY, which is a 6-hour celebration that honors the historical importance and unwavering power of collectives in LGBTQAI culture and pays tribute to the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall uprising.

Each floor of Live Arts will feature multiple performances and installations. It is going to be epic!!!

We created this promotional to promote today’s event. We had so much fun creating this with Tyler Ashley, The Dauphine of Bushwick, and THE HOUSE PARTY’s curator.

Tyler coordinated the group of artists to dance while we filmed. We played around, then I gave the footage to my editor Ashli Bickford and she created this!!

My favorite part is when the poster of Bill T. Jones gets kissed. 💋 So fun, right!!
