New Jersey Hall of Fame | 2016 Inductee Vignette Videos

by | Jul 19, 2017 | Promotional Video

Making films for the New Jersey Hall of Fame.

Nine years ago, New Jersey Hall of Fame asked if I would make videos about each of the inductees to play before they were each inducted. I made these videos for six years with Don Jay Smith and Steve Edwards. I learned more than you can ever imagine about New Jersey!!!! Last Spring, Steve asked me to make them once again to induct the 2016 class into the Hall of Fame.

Inductees included my fave Kelly Ripa, Wyclef Jean, Carol Higgins Clark and Connie Chung, to name a few. You can find the rest of the 2017 inductees here.

I find these videos very special. My team writes the scripts, researches each inductee, talks to their families and agents. We gather as much as we can to tell a quick one-minute story to share with the audience at the Hall of Fame ceremony.

This organization is amazing!! It educates young people about some pretty incredible people who have either lived or currently live in Jersey. There’s nothing like Jersey pride!! Oh, and I was steps away from Kelly Ripa at the ceremony and definitely was star-struck!!
